Hotel Reservations
Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee.  Each attendee is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation.  Rooms are available to MCPC 2011 Conference attendees at just $139/night single or double occupancy, plus tax.  This rate is available for hotel stays from November 15 – 20, 2011, subject to availability.  Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the attendee’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel.  Reservations must be received on or before Tuesday, November 1, 2011 to receive the group discount room rate.  Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
